Like the rest of the world, the islands of Japan have been making a variety of alcoholic beverages for thousands of years and the variety, quality and sheer creativity of sake has never been better than it is today. The world of sake brewing covers the entire Japanese archipelago and has a rich history stretching back at least 1,300 years.

Just as we’ve been doing for years with wine, we’re excited to carry a variety of premium sake and shochu from family producers, many with histories stretching back a hundred years or more, and introducing them to the US.
