MARKETING DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
- Collaborate with our portfolio management team to build marketing strategies with the goal of streamlining current processes and increasing visibility and sales, internally and externally
- Build and execute on branding strategy for new and existing products, internally and externally
- Manage expenditures through budgeting and strong decision making, including ROI projections
- Lead the marketing strategy for The Pinot Project, so that we can continue to build the brand and increase velocity of pull through
- Manage the marketing department, inclusive of Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator and other roles as we build the department

- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, though a Master’s degree is preferred
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles, managing people, and creating marketing campaigns with several (at least five) years of experience in the field
- Strong preference for experience leading marketing for wine and/or spirits brands or companies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments
- Quantifiable, successful track record in using marketing and branding to create ROI

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE
We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Associate in our fast-paced Jericho office, to support all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring that all deadlines are met with the highest degree of accuracy & integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all incoming invoices – electronic (90%) and hard copy (10%)
- Review all overhead invoices for appropriate documentation, and interface with appropriate departments to secure proper approval.
- Analyze differences between purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices; following up with portfolio managers, vendors and logistics to investigate discrepancies.
- Post all invoices and expense reports with correct general ledger and department codes into Navision in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process weekly check/ACH run and attach corresponding invoices and other supporting documentation.
- Post all wire transfers and ACH payments in both domestic and foreign currencies.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses and check requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements, as necessary.
- Maintain all accounts payable files and archives.

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary responsibility of this role will be to create point-of-sale items to support our products
- Performing post-production in Photoshop to our product photography
- Keeping our shared graphic asset library up-to-date.
- Assist our designers in creating marketing and sales support materials such as sell sheets, tasting event collateral, and monthly price guides
- Ability to take direction and feedback, and to exercise good judgement when interpreting instructions and/or seeking alternative solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major/concentration in Graphic Design
- Strong compositional and typographic skills and an understanding of visually hierarchy and how this steers a design to formulate a concise message
- Experience performing photo-manipulation and post-production work in Photoshop
- Organizational skills; both in establishing a workflow to our “clients” and file management
- Solid writing and communication skills are a big plus
- Proficient in current Adobe Creative Suite Software; particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
