EVENTS
- Support the Events team with the execution of all Skurnik HQ events
- Collaborate with Events and Portfolio Management to transform concepts into successful seminars, walk-around tastings, happy hours, and parties
- Assist with the setup, seamless execution, and breakdown of our customer tastings, staff meetingsand events
- Oversee events inventory and ordering
- Manage RSVPs for East Coast events
- Create and distribute RSVP links, confirmation and reminder emails, and waitlist forms using Zkipster software
- Maintain RSVP lists with up-to-date customer and rep information
- Manage RSVP inboxes and act as the point of contact for all customers RSVPing
- Disseminate invitation lists, RSVPs, and final attendance to Sales Team
- Support the Events team with all offsite events by assisting with the registration desk
HEADQUARTERS
- Support the HQ team with handling all day-to-day operations efficiently with an emphasis on hospitality and client-focused interactions
- Maintain the organization and tidiness of our headquarters
- Act as point of contact for all HQ vendors overseeing all equipment, maintenance, and repairs
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Oversee all outgoing UPS shipments
- Receive and distribute all incoming UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL
- Print postage for all outgoing mail with the Pitney Bowes
- Complete weekly inventory and ordering of all office + Events supplies
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory list
- Order office supplies for new hires
- Act as office liaison with building management
- Prepare building and office access for new hires
- Keep the team updated on building closures, fire drills, construction
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Adaptive organizational skills and the ability to change plans to meet new circumstances
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, iOS devices and applications

IT SUPPORT ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You are highly proficient in troubleshooting end user computer, mobile device, and occasionally A/V issues; including hardware, software, network, and environmental support on macOS, Windows, and iOS/iPadOS platforms.
- Assist with new user, computer, and iPhone/iPad setups and printer support – including ongoing maintenance and or movement of monitors, docking stations, phones, and printers for office desk moves.
- Help users with basic wi-fi and network connectivity issues.
- Help users navigate and or troubleshoot the M365 ecosystem, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
- Assist with endpoint security, EDR, phishing alerts.
- Assist with troubleshooting conference room A/V systems
- Must be able to document problem resolutions within trouble tickets and maintain written documentation
- Coordinates activities with Director, technical staff, users, and vendors, which include service requests and trouble tickets
- Provides written and verbal status of projects to all involved parties
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years macOS support experience

SR. TRAFFIC & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with our National Department in coordinating DI (Direct Import) offers twice a year (Spring & Fall) including compilation of sales orders and placing PO’s for direct import by our National Customers.
- Own all coordination and communication processes regarding consolidation and importing of wines and spirits from growers and distilleries around the world to fulfillment centers using various freight modes, but most heavily in ocean, and OTR.
- Develop relationships across Skurnik fulfillment centers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to uncover opportunities and drive improvements.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers to build consolidations for shipments of full container loads for the various portfolios.
- Schedule shipment of consolidations with forwarders and/or trucker/rail line.
- Maintain and improve shipment monitoring processes.
- Update the company operating system with most accurate and current information such as ETD/ETA’s, carrier information, read dates, etc.
- Provide daily communications with our warehouses regarding detailed item information and expected arrival dates of inbound containers.
- Schedule and prioritize inbound containers with our fulfillment centers, directing them which loads have priority and making sure we pick up timely to avoid demurrage charges and inbound as expeditiously as possible, advising warehouse of “hot” items that have orders waiting.
- Receive in containers in NAV, work with warehouse/wineries/forwarders to resolve discrepancies between actual receipt and expected inbound information.
- Work with National Department and National Customers in scheduling outbound shipments from our fulfillments centers

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a full-time Credit & Collections Supervisor. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all of our west coast customer accounts and receivables.

- 3-5 years of proven work experience as an AR associate/supervisor
