- Manage review and scores for marketing purposes

Administration:
- Sales analysis
- Soliciting supplier information
- SKU setup and management including pricing, compliance and marketing information
Inventory Management:
- Review sales depletions to identify trends
- Review & maintain not shipping orders and holds
- Facilitate/Manage weekly intercompany transfers
- Suggest new purchase price orders or sales priorities
Business Development:
- Market support to sales team and key accounts

NY – EVENTS & HQ SUPPORT
EVENTS:
- Assist with executing HQ events, collaborating closely with the Portfolio Management teams to transform ideas into successful seminars, tastings, happy hours, and parties.
- Alongside the HQ Events Coordinator, oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of customer tastings, staff meetings, seminars, all events and parties.
- Collaborate closely with the HQ Events Coordinator and Events Host to ensure event spaces are prepared well in advance of tastings and meetings.
- Coordinate RSVPs for East Coast events using Zkipster, including creating and distributing RSVP links, sending confirmation emails, maintaining waitlist forms, and providing RSVP and attendance information to the Sales Team and Portfolio Management.
- Support the Events Management team with all offsite events by assisting with the registration desk.
- Work closely with Digital Ops on the creation and management of HQ Digital Tasting Books.
HEADQUARTERS
- Efficiently assist HQ Events Coordinator in managing day-to-day HQ operations with a focus on hospitality and vendor coordination and maintaining organization.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, including managing UPS shipments, receiving, and distributing parcels from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, and printing postage using Pitney Bowes.
- Work directly with the HQ Events Coordinator to devise a system of shared customer appointment and event setup and breakdown duties.
- Serve as the office liaison with building management, responsible for new hire access setup and keeping the team informed about building-related updates, closures, fire drills, and construction.
QUALIFICATIONS

NY – WHISKEY PORTFOLIO AMBASSADOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Whiskey Portfolio Manager
- Provide comprehensive data and analytics on account visits and market performance.
- Assist in the strategic distribution of limited/allocated items, ensuring optimal placement using “cherries” to secure core placements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Whiskey Portfolio and local brand ambassadors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve portfolio growth targets.
Sales Support
- Aid general sales representatives and spirits specialists in selling the diverse Whisk(e)y Portfolio, including:
- Value-driven brands/SKUs.
