• 100% Spanna (Nebbiolo) from the Colline Novaresi DOC, a growing area characterized by old vines and high altitudes in Alto Piemonte
• The Colline Novaresi is the left bank of the river Sesia, while across the river is the Coste della Sesia DOC, which is home to the well-known Ghemme region
• Fermentation in cement tank following 24-hr cold soak
• Aged six months in oak casks (5-12 hectoliters) and an additional year in cellar before release
• 3,000 cases annually on average
