• 100% Nebbiolo from vines planted in 1960 
• Vineyards are composed of calcareous-clay soils located in the Annunziata subzone Gattera
• Elevation: 250m above sea level with a 40-50% slope gradient
• Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 6-8 days maceration in roto-fermentor and 10-15 days completion of alcoholic malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
• Aging in 15hl barrels of Slavonian oak for 24 months prior to bottling, followed by 12 months in bottle
• 300 cases produced annually
