"The fantastic 2020 Barolo from Giacomo Fenocchio is the best entry level offering of the firm's Barolo range I've had to date. It has classic Nebbiolo aromas of ripe red berry, blue flower, new leather and spice while the utterly delicious, polished palate delivers succulent Morello cherry, baking spice, licorice and tobacco before a minty close. Velvety tannins provide seamless support while fresh acidity keeps it balanced. Drink 2026–2035. Abv: 14.5%"
