Chardonnay Langhe 'Bastia'

• 100% Chardonnay from limestone, clay, and sand soils located in Monforte d’Alba
• Certified Organic
• Vines planted in 1989 and 1998 at 350-540 meters above sea level
• Grapes are selected and picked by hand at the beginning of September
• Fruit is soft-pressed with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation taking place in French oak, followed by maturation in French oak prior to bottling
• Average production is approximately 650-850 cases annually
