"The 2019 Barolo Castelletto is laced with rose petal, cinnamon, white pepper, mint, cedar and sweet pipe tobacco. Medium in body, with lovely persistence, the 2020 captures all the character of this Monforte site. The aromatics are especially nuanced in 2019. Brisk acids and vibrant tannins pull it all together on the finish."
