- Traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts, semi-submerged cap with punch-downs and pump-overs
- Calcareous clay soils
- Maceration on the skins in steel vats for 30-35 days
- Aged in Slovenian oak casks of different capacity for 48-60 months
- Aged in bottle for a minimum of 12 months before release
- Average annual production: 1500 cases
