• 40-60-year-old vines
• Southeast orientation
• 350 meters above sea level
• Maceration on the skins in rotary fermenters with temperature control for 10-15 days
• Aged in 225 liter French oak barriques for 12 months, plus 12 to 18 months in 50 HL oak barrels
