100% Nebbiolo from 52 year old old vines in La Morra planted in calcareous soils. Fermentation and maceration with the skins for 5/6 days in steel rotary fermentors with temperature control, Malo-lactic fermentation and maturing in new French oak barriques for 24 months. Finishing in the bottle for 6 months.
