A rich, herbaceous gin perfect for a Thanksgiving cocktail or stirred with a splash of vermouth after dinner.
- Barrel-aged American dry gin distilled from 100% New York-grown apples by Neversink Spirits in Elmsford, New York
- 11 botanicals include juniper, coriander, star anise, cardamom, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, grapefruit peel, cassia bark, and elderflower
- Juniper is macerated in apple distillate overnight prior to distillation; the remaining botanicals are vapor infused during distillation
- Distilled in a hybrid pot and column still
- Aged for 6–9 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels which previously held Neversink’s Apple Apéritif
- Aromas of juniper and elderflower join a medley of baking spices—cinnamon, star anise cardamom–on the nose; the palate is equally delightful, displaying plenty of cardamom, rose, and coriander with earthy angelica root and cedar over faint candied red apple and white pepper
- NY Farm Distillery License eligible
- Non-chill filtered; 45% ABV
|
| A barrel-aged version of Neversink’s flagship gin, the 100% apple base provides a lush texture and aromatic canvas which is perfectly complemented by a deft balance of botanicals. The oak influence provides baking spice and a whisper of Neversink’s pommeau-style Apple Aperitif—perfect for cold-weather cocktail applications! |

Light and approachable, ideal for sipping alongside turkey or cheese while the family catches up.
- Northern Highlands single malt Scotch whisky produced by Wolfburn Distillery in Thurso, Scotland
- 100% unpeated malted barley
- Distilled twice in Forsyths copper pot stills
- Matured in ex-Islay American oak quarter casks; non-age statement
- Water for production sourced from the distillery’s on-site stream, the Wolf Burn
- A sweet nose of ripe pineapple, cereal grain, and a hint of sea breeze precedes a bright, oily palate bursting with white peach, honey, orange blossom, and lemon peel on a peppery finish brimming with well-integrated baking spice and light peat smoke
- No added coloring
- Non-chill filtered; 46% ABV
|
| Wolfburn’s flagship expression, Northland, has a well-integrated peat influence from maturation in quarter casks that previously held peated Islay Scotch. Young and sprightly, Northland highlights the fruit and florality derived from the distillery’s slow and patient method of production. |

Sweet, nutty, and elegant—serve chilled as an aperitif or with pumpkin pie for a festive finish.
- Pineau de Charentes produced by Maison Dudognon in Lignières-Sonneville, France (Grand Champagne)
- Appellation Pineau des Charentes Contrôlée
- One-third Dudognon Cognac distilled from Ugni Blanc and Montils grapes, aged between 2 and 3 years
- Two-thirds unfermented grape must from 100% Montils grapes
- Cognac and grape must are combined and rested for four years in older French oak barrels that no longer impart tannin
- Aromas of fresh sugarcane and sultanas with a note of cranberry skin lead to a lush, grape-forward palate complemented by a spike of bay leaf and a finish of hay and clover honey
- Beer and Wine License eligible
- 17% ABV
|
| Criminally underutilized in American cocktailing and cooking, pineau des Charentes is a hero apéritif, enjoyed effortlessly on the rocks, topped with tonic, or in place of vermouth in a variety of cocktails. In the kitchen, pineau can be used to baste a roast or deglaze pan juices, or simply as a perfect pairing for your prep-time snacking cheese (that’s a thing, right?). Dudognon’s pineau offers a pitch-perfect balance of golden sweetness and green bite that becomes more complex with each sip while remaining especially sessionable. |

- A slightly fruity nose hints of lemon, cherry, toffee, oats, and sea air; flavors of vanilla and pine nuts delight on the palate, leading to a long, wheat-forward finish with a touch of peat
- 40% ABV
|
| Akashi’s blended whisky is an excellent introduction to the Japanese whisky category and an inviting segue to or from Scotch. |
