REGION: Armagnac

Domaine de Jean-Bon in the Bas-Armagnac is helmed by fourth-generation producer Béatrice Lacourt and her daughter, Clémence. Focused on growing and distilling Baco and some Ugni Blanc, the domaine produces robust Armagnacs that show great complexity even in their relative youth.

The under-the-radar domaine of Louis Dupuy resides in Bas-Armagnac’s leut-dit of Lamoulette. Today, Louis’s daughter and her family continue to sell cask strength Armagnac made from Baco grown on the estate.

Vincent Laterrade grew up in Armagnac's Ténarèze region and honed his palate as a sommelier at 3-Star Michelin restaurant Michel Guerard. Today, as a micro-négociant, he sells precious vintages from some of Armagnac’s smallest producers, representing a precious library of record for the category.
