Johanneshöhe Blaufränkisch 2017

Sourced from 9 different parcels in Schützen • Soils are dominated by limestone, mica schist, and portions of slate • Fermented in stainless steel before racked into stockinger barrels

Zweigelt, ‘Rebencuvée’ 2019

Zweigelt sourced from a collection of organically farmed vineyards in and around the village of Göttlesbrunn in Carnuntum •  Rich loamy-clay soils with some sand and gravel • Stainless steel fermented • Maturation in oak

100% Frappato • Certified organic • From 10-20-year-old vines planted to black soils with white stones • Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel • Maceration for about a week • Aged in steel for six months

Practicing organic • From the lieu dit ‘Les Marrans’ in the heart of Fleurie • 45+-year-old vines • Pure pink granite soil • Southern exposure • Traditional semi-carbonic maceration • Whole cluster •  Indigenous yeast fermented • Aged in large older barrels for 12 months

Certified organic • 100% Cabernet Franc • From the hillside and riverbank of Chinon • Sand and limestone soils • 30+ year old vines • Indigenous yeast fermented • Fermented and aged in 75% concrete, 25% tank
