Tasting Notes
Grown more than 6 years in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, around 7,000 above sea level, the agave is harvested carefully, leaving a maximum of 3cm of the reproductive stalk on the piña. This extra nub of quiote lends pronounced grassy, herbal notes alongside sweet fruit from the sugars of the ripe piña. Aromas of lemongrass, fennel, and mint marry with crisp grapefruit zest, coconut hull and rich nectarine. 40% ABV
