• Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled and matured at GlenAllachie Distillery in Aberlour and blended by Master Distiller, Billy Walker
• Aged a minimum of 8 Years
• Blended from single malts aged in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques
• A nose of heather honey and butterscotch balanced with spicy ginger and luscious mocha leads to a palate of dried sultanas, cinnamon, and honeycomb studded with peppermint and treacle tannin
• Non-chill filtered; 46% ABV
