• 2024 Edition, Batch 4
• Aged a minimum of 30 years in a combination of Pedro Ximénez casks and Oloroso sherry casks
• Casks are selected and blended by Master Distiller Billy Walker
• A richly confectionary whisky, with the influence of dueling sherry expressions on full display. The nose offers high-toned notes of dark chocolate, punctuating a lavish backdrop of honey and raisin, along with more elaborate hints of brown sugar, poached plums and buttery pie crust.  The palate refines and focuses these impressions, evolving into cocoa powder, heather honey, and chocolate raisins, followed by baking spices and molasses.

• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 49.1% ABV
