• Aged a minimum of 18 years: 15 years in 1st- and 2nd-fill ex-bourbon casks followed by  3 years in 1st-fill ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximénez puncheons and hogsheads
• Casks are selected and blended by Master Distiller Billy Walker
• An eye-catching deep auburn in the glass, this handsome malt opens with notes of butter and brown sugar leavened with high-toned notes of cinnamon spice and cocoa powder, warmed by ample vanilla. Time in the glass reveals deeper tones of honey and cherry pie, which on the palate evolve into marzipan, golden raisins, and rich dark chocolate. The finish is lengthy and elegant, offering more honey, maraschino cherries, and pastry cream.

 Unabashed sherry-cask opulence is tempered by deft blending to yield a refined Speyside malt that punches significantly above weight for quality and value, especially given its age statement.
