• 12th edition of The GlenAllachie’s 10-year-old Cask Strength
• Blended from the distillery’s historical whisky stocks by Master Distiller Billy Walker
• 100% unpeated malted barley
• Aged a minimum of 10 years in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks as well as red wine and virgin oak casks
• Hints of mocha, fig syrup, and toasted hazelnuts lead to a palate of brandied cherries and toffee sauce followed by Black Forest Gâteau, grilled honeycomb, and damson plum
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.7% ABV

The Glenallachie 10 Yr complements the brand’s core range of single malts by pairing bold, sherry-fueled richness with the assertive proof of cask strength spirit. This is “not a shy Speyside whisky,” says master distiller Billy Walker. Prizing quality over consistency, each edition of 10-year Cask Strength is meant to showcase a whisky in a perfect place. “We don’t pursue absolute consistency,” Walker adds. “We pursue absolute perfection. If it’s a little better than the previous batch, that’s what we’re aiming for.”
