• Lemon oil, violets, and cracked black pepper on the nose transition to a palate that leads with pepper crackers, lime juice, and salt before deepening to baking spice and custard with lingering smoke on the finish and a savory hint of caramelized mackerel
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.4% ABV (ABV will vary batch to batch)
