- Aged at Domaine de Rounagle for a minimum 7 years in new French oak from Gascony
- Bottled in August 2024
- The nose combines apricot, chocolate powder, coffee, malt, vanilla-scented oak and clementine oranges. The complex palate is replete with wood spice along with some candied fruit, quince, and toasted almonds, finishing with light notes of malt, cut hay, and delicate smoke. A subtle saline note rides along the exceptionally long finish.
