Claudio Fenocchio is a 5th generation farmer based in Monforte, son of the ambitious Giacomo who purchased prime parcels in Bussia, Cannubi and Castellero in 1964. This estate has doggedly maintained a traditional style, adhering to long fermentations on the skins and aging in large Slavonian oak.
