• Mash bill of 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% wheat
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still
• Aged 5 years
• Blend of 92 barrels
• Aromas of sugar cookie dough, praline, nutmeg, and rose water precede a warm palate of vanilla wafer, apricot, baked pear, and candied ginger with dried mango and eucalyptus on a peppery finish
• Non-chill filtered; 51% ABV
