This vintage of Fuenteseca 5 Year is a blend of two distinct extra añejo tequilas. 62% of the blend was distilled in an alembic pot still and aged in French oak casks previously used to age Royal Lochnagar Selected Reserve Scotch while the remaining 38% was distilled in a copper two-column still and aged in European common oak barrels previously used to age wine.
