- Fermented in stainless steel tanks using deep well water and proprietary yeast
- Distilled in a copper two-column still
- Aged 15 years in a combination of ex–whiskey American White oak barrels and French oak barrels previously used to mature California red wine and brandy

This is one of the rare 100% column-distilled tequilas from Fuenteseca. 90% of this this fifteen-year-old extra añejo was aged in ex–whiskey barrels made of American white oak and 10% was aged in heavy toast French oak barrels that previously held California red wine and brandy.
