  • Cooked 24 hours in a low-pressure autoclave with a 6-hour pre-cook and a 6-hour rest
  • Crushed using a screw mill and roller mill
  • Fermented in stainless steel tanks using deep well water and proprietary yeast
  • Blend of copper pot- and copper column-distilled tequilas
  • Aged 12 years in a combination of Spanish oak and French Bordeaux barrels
  • Additive free
  • 43% ABV

86.6% of this twelve-year-old extra añejo tequila was double copper pot-distilled and aged in an ex–Bordeaux barrel, and 13.4% of the blend was distilled in a copper two-column still and aged in Spanish oak from the Iberian Peninsula.
