- Double distilled in pot stills; the first distillation in a stainless steel alembic pot still and the second in a copper pot still
- Aged 5 years in a combination of ex–Loire Valley Cabernet Franc French oak casks and toasted American white oak
- Stewed peaches, caramel, warm apples, and esquites on the nose precede a palate of sweet corn muffin, cilantro, vanilla, fennel, and honey
