- Blanco tequila produced in Amatitán, Jalisco, by Destiladora La Roca (NOM 1646)

- 100% estate-grown organic Azul aka Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) matured over 6 years
- Cooked for an average 26 hours in 24-ton brick ovens
- Crushed using a roller mill
- Open fermented in stainless steel tanks for an average 46 hours using deep well water with proprietary yeast and ambient yeasts
- Double distilled in pot stills; the first distillation in a stainless steel pot still and the second in a copper pot still
- Rested 1.5 months before bottling
- Limited release of just 1,646 bottles in honor of the launch of NOM 1646
- USDA Organic certified
- Additive free
- 55% ABV
This is the first high proof tequila from Cabal, produced in honor of the launch of the new La Roca fábrica by the Montes family. Each bottle carries a unique stone stopper formed from shards of the massive volcanic rocks that emerged from the earth during construction of the distillery.
