- Aromas of green apple, celery, pepper, and a touch of vanilla; a joyous palate showing sweet cherry, candied yam, fresh mint, Vietnamese coriander, cut grass, and a mineral-laced finish with saline and wet river stones, all of which leave one wanting more

An astounding introduction to the single estate tequilas of Tequila Cabal, this second blanco release was distilled from organic agave biodynamically grown on the Montes family’s El Vizacareño lot between 1,100 and 1,200 meters above sea level, harvested at full maturity with sugars measuring 29–35 °Brix.
