The 2018 vintage of Fuenteseca’s Cosecha, or “harvest,” blanco tequila was distilled from overripe pinto, or spotted, highland Blue Weber agave grown over 5,000 feet above sea level in the rugged, mineral-laden caliche soil of Vista Hermoa, Michoacán. The region’s calcium-rich, chalky terroir translates beautifully through each sip of this warm, mineral-driven tequila.
