• Produced from a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley
• Open-top, sweet mash fermented in cypress vats for 5 days
• Double pot distilled in a copper pot still
• Aged a minimum of 5 years in air-seasoned casks; non-age statement
• Rich and intense, with a buttery caramel corn base, dark fruit, and baked apple; a touch of pepper throughout ramps up to a robust finish complemented by dried peppermint and anise
• Double Gold medalist at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55.01% ABV

Distilled by Royce Neeley and blended by Master Blender Jackie Zykan, Hidden Barn Series One Small Batch 23B is the oldest offering of Series One to date. Composed of a vatting of 20 barrels aged between 5 and 6 years, this grain-forward, confectionary, award-winning release lives up to the anticipation and exceeds all expectations.
