• Limited edition unpeated single malt Scotch whisky from The GlenAllachie [glen•ALLA•key] in Aberlour (Speyside)
• The second release in the GlenAllachie Masters of Wood collection (launched in 2024); a premium sub-marque of the Wood Collection
• Aged a minimum of 19 years: approximately 13 years in ex-bourbon casks followed by 6 years in ex-solera sherry casks that had previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherries
• Casks are selected and blended by Master Distiller Billy Walker
• On the nose, notes of plum, intense mocha, and honeycomb evolve into caramel, molasses, and rich cocoa powder. The palate offers notes of stewed plum, more molasses, and heather honey followed by black cherries and more orchard fruits with bright notes of cinnamon and ginger enhancing the finish.

• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV
