Master Distiller Billy Walker works with producers from all over the world to source outstanding finishing casks. The Madeira barriques used for this expression previously held wine made from Malvasia grapes, a richer style of Madeira, lending balanced, tropical-fruit sweetness to the GlenAllachie house style.
