• Orkney single malt Scotch independently bottled by Epicurean Selection as part of the Rites of Passage Cask Selection Series
• Distilled at an undisclosed distillery on the Orkney Islands Mainland on July 21^st, 2006
• Aged in a refill cask until 2018 when it was re-racked by Epicurean Selection in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead
• Bottled on September 22^nd, 2022; aged just over 16 years
• 287 bottles produced in total
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.3% ABV

This 16-year-old dram from an undisclosed Orkney distillery displays all the honeyed heather influence of the region made even more complex from its time spent in a first-fill sherry hogshead.
