• Matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead
• A nose of apple crisp, clove, and dried apricot leads to a palate of figs, cinnamon, and candied bay leaf with a soft but lingering mouthfeel
• Total of 250 bottles produced
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55% ABV
