• Vatting of 20 barrels
• A warm nose of candied licorice, oatmeal cookie, clove, and burnt toffee leads to a palate of baked apricot, lychee, candied cinnamon, and lavender honey
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55.6% ABV
