• Mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley; all grain non-GMO and locally sourced
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still
• Aged a minimum of 3 years
• Proofed using ground-fed, limestone-filtered Kentucky spring water
• Warm aromas of butterscotch, dried apricot, and graham cracker on the nose transition to a palate of coffee, roasted peanuts, candied cinnamon, and crème brûlée
• Non-chill filtered; 50.74% ABV
