"Aromas of ground white and black pepper and cloves weave between cherry and raspberry fruit in this rose petal-colored Pinot. It,s light on its feet with punchy acidity and a fine, taut line of savory, chalky tannins. This is a lean, cool-climate expression that should be drunk at room temp, and no colder. It would be lovely with a plate of fatty meats like charcuterie or duck. ‡C.P. "
