Gotham Project

The Gotham Project is the pioneer of locally filled reusable stainless steel kegs of high quality, soulful wines. Gotham Project is a collaboration between Charles Bieler and Bruce Schneider. Gotham Project’s inaugural release was a 2009 Finger Lakes Riesling from Seneca Lake, NY. Once a few hardcore friends began to offer Gotham on tap the guys started to get requests for more options. Charles & Bruce turned to their own winemaking projects and their friends to offer a collection of authentic and exciting juice from coast to coast and around the world. Gotham Project is the only vertically integrated wine-on-tap company in the United States. Their wine ‘filling station’ is just a few miles from the #1 port for imported wines in the U.S., ensuring all wines remain as fresh as their first day of life until they hit your glass. Gotham’s promise is A BETTER GLASS OF WINE! One that you are proud to serve, your customers will enjoy, and is sustainable. 4 million glass bottles eliminated from the waste stream since 2010, and counting…
