"The 2021 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch takes some time to shake off brown sugar and baking spice on the nose and reveal stewed strawberry and raspberry, damp earth and dried herbs. The light-bodied palate is chalky and refreshing with an understated core of fruit and a spicy finish. It will benefit from 2-3 years in bottle."
