Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • 100% from Hyland Vyd in McMinnville AVA • Coury Clone block 7A planted in 1989 and block 2B planted in 1972 • Fermented with 50% whole clusters • Cold soaked for 4-5 days and then full fermentation for 17-19 days • Aged in 56% new oak and 44% neutral oak and wine had full lees contact until assemblage for bottling • No Fining or Filtration • 13.1% ABV • 16 barrels produced
