100% Pinot Grigio from organically farmed vineyard sites located between Palermo and Salemi. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and minerality. Crisp, clean and refreshing with aromas of grapefruit and lemons on the palate, joined by a delicious briny note on the finish. The grapes are hand-picked under supervision of winemaker Mattia Filipi.
