• Single malt whisky produced by Kilchoman Distillery in Islay, Scotland
• Produced using 100% estate-grown Publican barley harvested in 2012, 2013, and 2014
• Malted barley lightly peated to 20ppm
• 85-hour fermentation
• Twice distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills
• Aged a minimum of 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels; non-age statement
• Toffee apple, banana bread, lavender, and sea salt on the nose with vanilla, peat smoke, barley, Sultana raisins, and honey butter on a silky, viscous palate
• 13,000 bottles produced
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV

For Kilchoman’s annual 100% Islay release, every step of production takes place at Kilchoman—from the growing of the barley on the Willis family farm to the malting, peating, milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling—resulting in a true farm-to-bottle expression of Islay terroir. This 13^th edition is the first release since 2019 aged exclusively in bourbon barrels.
