• On the nose, notes of dried apricot, honey, and golden apple broaden into caramel and vanilla ice cream, backed by wet stone and a whisp of peat smoke. The ample palate presents malty vanilla milkshake, mild salt, and campfire, with golden apple returning along with a hint of oak. Mandarin orange ushers in more smoke and golden orchard fruit for a finish that’s simultaneously silky and robust.
