"The 2023 Gamay Noir Seven Springs is a transparent ruby hue and is zesty and refreshing with a snappy personality, delivering notes of poppy red fruits, dusty earth, fresh herbs, and wildflowers. Medium-bodied, the palate has a citrusy lift with fine tannins, and it's mouthwatering and refreshing, with a fantastic mineral texture. Coming from own-rooted head-trained vines planted in 1982, which they had to replant in 2017 due to phylloxera, the wine was fermented with 100% whole clusters. Drink 2025-2035."

"From one of the oldest plantings of gamay in Willamette Valley, this is a spicy, savory, light- to medium-bodied wine with aromas of red and black pepper, tart red fruit and rich cherries. The palate has a plush middle with minerals, acidity, gentle tannins and flavors of mixed bramble berries. Drink now."
