"Once again, Mortet opted to use a significant percentage of whole bunches in his 2023 Fixin Vieilles Vignes, and the resulting wine is perfumed and immediate, delivering notes of orange zest, cassis and plums, followed by a medium-bodied, supple and suave palate, concluding with a floral finish. It will drink well young."
