  • 85% Sangiovese, with Canaiolo and other indigenous red grapes from the estate
  • Harvested from end of September through the first two weeks of October
  • Maceration on the skins for three weeks, with frequent pumping
  • Fermented with native yeasts
  • Aged in cement tanks, plus aging in bottle for 4-5 months
  • Approximately 3500 cases produced each year
