• Mash bill of 60% corn, 20% winter wheat, 20% malted barley; grains milled, mashed, and fermented on-site
• Distilled twice in Neversink’s custom Holstein hybrid pot still
• Aged for a minimum of 2 years in new 30 and 53-gallon charred American oak barrels; finished in Neversink Apple Brandy casks
• Peanut butter, baked apple, marzipan, graham cracker, and toasted marshmallow on the nose with cherry, green apple, clove, lemongrass, and roasted peanut on the palate
• NY Farm Distillery License eligible
• Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV

Tasting Notes

Neversink Bourbon is a wheated bourbon produced by Neversink Spirits in Port Chester, NY, from 100% New York-grown grain. The proprietary mash bill consists of 60% corn, 20% winter wheat, and 20% malted barley. All grain is milled, mashed, and fermented in stainless steel on-site. Double distillation in Neversink’s custom Holstein hybrid pot still creates a flavorful, grain-forward spirit. Aged in 30 and 53-gallon, new-charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years, the spirit is then transferred to Neversink Apple Brandy casks for finishing before being proofed down to 43% ABV for easy-drinking, neat or on rocks. The resulting spirit shows peanut butter, baked apple, marzipan, graham cracker, and toasted marshmallow on the nose with cherry, green apple, clove, lemongrass, and roasted peanut on the palate. Delightful neat or over ice, try it in an any number of Old Fashioned-style cocktails and allow this delicious whiskey to shine! Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV.
