• Wheated bourbon distilled by Neversink Spirits in Elmsford, New York, from 100% NY-grown grain
• Mash bill of 60% corn, 20% winter wheat, 20% malted barley
• Distilled twice in hybrid pot and column still
• Aged for a minimum of 2 years in new 30 and 53-gallon charred American oak barrels; finished in Neversink Apple Brandy casks
• Peanut butter, baked apple, marzipan, graham cracker, and toasted marshmallow on the nose with cherry, green apple, clove, lemongrass, and roasted peanut on the palate
• NY Farm Distillery License eligible
• Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV
