• Distilled at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky; blended by Pinhook Cofounder and Master Blender Sean Josephs
• Mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley; all grain non-GMO and locally sourced
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still and 375-gallon doubler
• Aged for a minimum of 5 years in char #4 new American oak barrels
• Proofed with ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water
• Warm, rich aromas of molasses, roasted peanuts, and caramel transition to a dense palate of baked apricot, vanilla, and burnt sugar
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV
