• Single barrel bourbon selected by the Skurnik Spirits Team and bottled exclusively for Skurnik by New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky
• New Riff’s signature bourbon mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, all non-GMO
• Open top, sour mash fermented for 3–4 days
• Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by second distillation in a copper continuous doubler
• Cask #17785
• Aged a minimum 4 years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels; distilled March 2019 and bottled June 2023
• Non-chill filtered; 56.9% ABV

The palate opens with sweet cinnamon, toffee, dark tea and finishes with that grapefruit. I love the mouthfeel as well, very oily, and rich. Bright, refreshing and keeps you going back for more. Fireball & Candy Corn, hmm…I’d love this in my Halloween bag.
