Prisma

Pinot Noir 2023: Strawberry and cherry sing with this very lightly oaked Pinot Noir with a velvety finish.

Juice Runners

Created by Álvaro de la Viña and Ana González of Selections de la Viña, La Lata celebrates Southern Spain. Inspired by Sevilla’s Feria de Abril and made with organic ingredients, each release re-imagines classic regional drinks with a fresh, modern approach.
Rebujito NV: A refreshing take on the classic Sevilla cocktail, combining Fino sherry with lemon and grapefruit juice and a touch of fizz for a bright, thirst-quenching finish.

Golden Rule Spirits was founded by two cousins with the belief that exceptional cocktails shouldn’t be limited to the barstool. With utmost attention to detail, every batch is handcrafted in Ventura, California using honest, real ingredients, and zero shortcuts.
Margarita Original NV: The family recipe that started it all. Using premium blanco tequila and mixing it with a proprietary triple-sec and lime juice, Golden Rule Spirits has given the #1 cocktail in the world the respect it deserves— a proper pour Margarita in the convenience of a single serving can.
Old Fashioned NV: This Old Fashioned is a bar-strength, expertly crafted take on the original American cocktail. Made with premium straight bourbon whiskey, natural orange, and real bitters, it delivers a classic, full-flavored experience in a convenient single-serve format.
Classic Negroni, NV: This one is made with Golden Rule’s signature bitters, paired with a 9-botanical gin in the classic English dry style, bold, and juniper-forward. The finishing touch comes Rockwell Vermouth in Sonoma, whose classic sweet vermouth blend delivers its own harmony of sweet and bitter, layered with botanicals like Black Mission fig, sarsaparilla, roasted dandelion root, and California sagebrush.
Tequila Paloma NV: The bar-strength Paloma is a balance of the sweet, bitter, juiciness of a grapefruit with a backbone of our own premium Blanco tequila. The perfect complement to our Margarita, we love the way grapefruit, lime, and tequila interact to make this “still” version of a classic Paloma.
Espresso Martini NV: Golden Rule Spirits bar-strength Espresso Martini is made with perfectly roasted Equator Coffee combined with a slightly sweet cinnamon vanilla liqueur, and premium vodka. The layers of pleasantly bitter dark chocolate and coffee notes are balanced with chicory, cinnamon and a touch of sugar.
Spicy Mezcal Margarita NV: This is a beautiful Artisanal Mezcal with just enough smoke without being overpowering, while also offering layers of fruitiness to balance out the peppery heat. To round out the Spicy Mezcal Margarita, Golden Rule used their proprietary triple-sec and perfectly tart 100% lime juice to bring you a bar-strength cocktail in a single serving can.
Classic Daiquiri NV: The Classic Daiquiri features the time-honored trio of rum, lime juice, and sugar. Tepache—an effervescent, fermented Mexican beverage with indigenous origins made from a variety of fruits, most commonly pineapple. Farnum Hill Ciders
The Farnum Hill style emphasizes fruit without sweetness, bright acidity, refreshing tannic bitterness, and, above all, complex flavor. Based in New Hampshire, they were inspired by proper English ciders made with traditional apple cultivars like Yarlington Mill, Chisel Jersey, and Kingston Black. Kirinzan Brewery
Founded in 1843 in Oku-Aga, Niigata, Kirinzan is one of the leading breweries and noted for it’s light and dry sake. They are deeply rooted in their own community, using only locally grown rice cultivated within 10km of the brewery by their brewers, and actively engaged in reforestation of the surrounding mountains.
